SHILLONG, JAN 23: The Archery Association of Meghalaya is set to host the Khelo India – NTPC City Open Archery Tournament 2026 at the Archery Range, SAI, STC, NEHU Campus, Shillong on January 31.
The tournament, allotted by the Archery Association of India, will feature all three divisions – Recurve, Compound, and Indian Round – for both men and women.
“The Archery Association of Meghalaya is committed to ensuring the successful conduct of the tournament in accordance with the guidelines of the Archery Association of India,” general secretary of the AAM RP Ryntathiang said in a statement on Friday.
The tournament aims to provide grassroots-level athletes with competitive exposure and identify emerging talent.
Eligible archers from the state can submit their entries through their respective District Archery Associations.
