MCA shortlists 25 players for Senior Women’s cricket team trial-cum-preparatory camp

Shillong, Sep 18: The Meghalaya Cricket Association (MCA) has shortlisted 25 players to undergo a final selection trial-cum-preparatory camp for the Meghalaya team that will participate in the BCCI’s Senior Women T20 Trophy 2024-25.

The trial/camp will take place in Shillong from September 23 at the MCA Ground in Polo.

The MCA assessed the players that took part in the combined Senior and U-23 Women’s selection trial matches held in Jagiroad, Assam, in June-July to arrive at the 25 shortlisted cricketers.

Players should report in Shillong on September 22, with the reporting time for the first day of the trials/camp the following day being 8:30am.

Shortlisted players: Riticia Nongbet, Luiza Tamang, Debasmita Dutta, Suruti Kumari Ray, Daiaka Warjri, Ritreki Pohshna, Solina Jaba, Deiphibapynshngain L Mawnai, Ruby Chettri, Ankita Sharma, Ribanjanai Mynsong, Neelam Roy, Neha Hajong, Indariakor Kharwanniang, Monica L Phawa, Rebeldalis Syiemlieh, Anchal Singh, Ajima Sangma, Sara Daffica Kharbani, Dubleen Nengnong, Sistilin Ryntathiang, Evanrilin S Syiem, Monicable Marbaniang, Fullnessy Mawlong, Kamchira Marak.
