SHILLONG, OCT 29: Deputy Chief Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar on Thursday said law will take its own course on illegal coal transportation after a coal-laden truck overturned in the city and caused massive traffic jams.

“Whatever, law will take its own course, whatever illegal is on, law will take its own course, steps are already in place, whoever does illegal, law will take its own place,” Dhar said.

Earlier on Tuesday, CSWO president Agnes Kharshiing filed an FIR at Lumdiengjri police station in connection with the overturning of a coal-laden truck at Jaiaw.
