Shillong, Oct 1: In a distressing incident on Sunday at around 1 PM, a cylinder blast was reported in a residence at Keating Road, Shillong.
The powerful explosion resulted in injuries to five people living together, while three of them reportedly sustaining severe burns and was rushed to Civil Hospital, Shillong.
Swiftly responding to the emergency, both the police department and the fire service are on-site, working together to manage the situation and prevent any further damage.
