CUET Exam from 15th May, Tura, Shillong and Jowai selected as centres

New Delhi, May 10: The National Testing agency mandated to conduct the Common University Entrance Test or CUET 2024 has announced that the exams will take place from the 15th of May and Meghalaya will have three centres for students to appear- Shillong, Tura and Jowai.

In a letter from NTA Director General Subodh Kumar Singh to Meghalaya Director of School Education and Literacy, Swapnil Tembe, it was announced that NTA will conduct the CUET (Under Graduate)-2024 in Hybrid Mode (CBT and Pen & Paper) Mode on 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 21, 22 and 24th May at various examination centres located in 380 cities including 26 cities outside India, for about 13.48 lacs candidates.

For Meghalaya, the conduct of offline mode examination in Tura, Jowai and Shillong City will be on 15, 16, 17, and 18 May 2024 as per the candidates count.

The number of allotted students for the three centres are:- Shillong 8535 candidates, Tura 5618 candidates, and Jowai 4269 candidates.

Highlights: CUET Pen & Paper (Offline) 15, 16, 17 and 18 May 2024.

Computer Based Test (CBT) 21, 22 and 24 May 2024.
