ASHA workers question rationale behind such a meagre daily amount

Nongstoiñ, Nov 13: A large number of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA) from West Khasi Hills, affiliated with the Meghalaya ASHA Workers Union, on Monday organized a peace rally in Nongstoiñ, seeking enhancement of their honorarium.

The peace rally witnessed the participation of notable figures, including M. June Myrsing, the president of the Meghalaya ASHA Workers Union, Linianci Marweiñ, the president of ASHA Workers Union Nongstoiñ, Kyntiewmon Nongshli, the president of Mawsynrut ASHA Union, Srally Rashir, the Sardar of New Nongstoiñ, and other ASHA workers from Aradonga. The public gathering was chaired by Oiñsinora Kharbani.
