Shillong, Oct 28: In their relentless efforts to curb the menace of drug peddling and abuse in the state, Meghalaya police arrested four drug suppliers with heroin from Umshyrpi bridge on Friday.
From their possession, 41 vials containing Heroin weighing 46.42 gms (including vials), 4 mobile phones, 1 brown colour leather sling bag, 1 syringe, 1 black plastic bag, 4 empty vials, 1 vehicle bearing R/No. ML 05 D 9905 were recovered, they said.
All the accused have been booked under the NDPS Act.
