Shillong, Aug 5: Meghalaya’s arm wrestler Airikmenlang Shabong has been selected to represent the country at the World Arm Wrestling and Para Arm Wrestling Championship 2024 under 50 Kg Youth and Senior Category in Moldova from August 15 to 25.
This was after she won gold and silver medals at the recently concluded National Arm Wrestling Championship at Nagpur in Maharashtra.
She got 2 Gold Medals for both right youth and senior Category, 1 Silver in left hand youth, and Bronze Medal in left hand senior Category.
