SHILLONG, OCT 10: The state BJP has strongly condemned the murder of seven year old Kyrshanbor Kharmudai and demanded quick arrest of the culprits involved in the heinous crime.
In a statement, BJP chief spokesperson Mariahom Kharkrang said that the incident has shocked the entire citizenry of Meghalaya including the party.
“With a mind numbed by the senseless brutality of the act, state BJP strongly condemns this inhuman crime and extends condolences to the grief-stricken family which is struggling to cope with an irreparable loss,” he said adding “The party prays that the culprit is quickly nabbed and exemplary justice is delivered swiftly by the legal system.”
The state BJP has also appealed to the public that if anyone has any information that can help solve this heinous crime to please come forward and share it with the police.
“Let’s get together and help the law enforcement, to ensure such acts are not repeated in the future,” Kharkrang added.
