Shillong, May 28: Following the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) declaration of Class XII results in Science, Arts, and Commerce, the state government will soon issue a notification for admissions at the degree colleges in Patharkhmah, Ri Bhoi, and Rongjeng, East Garo Hills.
Education Minister Rakkam A Sangma stated that the two colleges are set to start in this academic session and the official notification will be notified in a day or two, with admissions for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program commencing immediately.
Regarding the appointment of principals for these colleges, Sangma noted that the appointments will be made once the Model Code of Conduct is lifted, which is expected around June 5th-6th.
