Shillong, Nov 6: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma flagged off the North Eastern Region Car Rally in Shillong on Monday as part of the Special Outreach Program to celebrate the 75 Glorious Years of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
In the NER Car Rally, over 277 schools, 151 colleges, and 44 districts from across six states of the North East.
Taking to X, CM Conrad shared a series of pictures from the event.
CM wrote, “Flagged off the North Eastern Region Car Rally in Shillong as part of the Special Outreach Program to celebrate 75 Glorious Years of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).”
” Upholding the NCC’s values of leadership, camaraderie and patriotism among our youth, the NER Car Rally will bring together 277 Schools, 151 Colleges, and 44 Districts from across 6 States of the North East,” he added.
