SHILLONG, MAR 10: The West Garo Hills deputy commissioner on Tuesday issued an urgent notice listing returning officers and phone numbers to help candidates file nominations for the GHADC election despite curfew restrictions in the district.
The notice said the measure aimed to “ensure smooth facilitation…in view of the prevailing law and order situation” and the curfew promulgated by the district administration.
