Shillong, Sept 11: The opposition Voice of the People Party (VPP) will hold a one day sit-in-demonstration against price rise on September 13.
“We will hold a one day sit-in-demonstration in protest against the price rise of all essential commodities at Malki football ground from 10 am to 5pm,” VPP Chief Ardent Basaiawmoit said.
“Hence in this context, we urge all the concerned citizens to kindly join hands and participate in the demonstration,” he added.
