Shillong, Jan 6: The Voice of the People Party (VPP) will hold a public meeting at Mawryngkneng on January 7.
VPP president Ardent Miller Basaiawmoit will address the public meeting at Iew Mawryngkneng at 1 pm in the presence of the party official candidate. This will be followed by a public meeting to be held at Iew Smit on January 9.
The public meetings will highlight the objectives of the party in contesting the forthcoming Assembly polls in the state, VPP spokesperson Dr Batskhem Myrboh said in a statement issued on Friday.
