Meghalaya Health Minister seeks consultant’s report on 108 emergency services

SHILLONG, JAN 30: Health Minister Wailadmiki Shylla has said that the government is awaiting a report from consultants on the best way to run the 108 emergency services in Meghalaya.

“We are still waiting as we have put in some consultants to do some studies which is the best way to come up with where we would like to run these 108 emergency services. We are waiting for that report,” Shylla told reporters on Friday.

When asked about alleged pending dues to employees, the minister replied, “For that I have not received any files so definitely we will look into it”.
