Shillong, Oct 2: The Honorary Secretary of the Meghalaya Cricket Association (MCA), Gideon Kharkongor, has been appointed as a Match Observer for the 3rd T20 International between India and South Africa, to be held at the Holkar Stadium at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
This was informed by the Secretary of the BCCI, Jay Shah, at a meeting with senior representatives of affiliated North East cricket associations in Guwahati on Saturday. The match will take place on Tuesday.
Match Observers prepare official reports regarding the venues, umpires, players, etc.
