Shillong, Sept 9: The Deputy Chief Minister in-charge of Home (Police), Prestone Tynsong, has been admitted to the ICU at Nazareth Hospital in Laitumkhrah after experiencing fluctuating blood pressure.
Tynsong was rushed to the hospital around 1 p.m. on Monday afternoon, where doctors promptly placed him under close observation.
A family source confirmed that while his condition is currently stable, he requires close supervision for the next six hours.
Doctors will continue to monitor his blood pressure, and if it stabilizes within this period, he will be transferred to a private ward, added the family source.
