CRPF conducts awareness campaign in Mawsynram on CAPF recruitment via SSC

Shillong, Nov 23: In an effort to enhance awareness about the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) recruitment for the post of Constable (GD) through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the 67 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organized a comprehensive campaign at Mawsynram on November 22.

The event witnessed active participation from the local community, with youths from the region enthusiastically joining the campaign.

The campaign was conducted in collaboration with Ollan Sing Suin, MLA Mawsynram, emphasizing the importance of engaging local youths to join the Central Forces.

The campaign aimed to provide valuable information about the application process, eligibility criteria, and the diverse career paths available within the CAPF.

The 67 Battalion CRPF, known for its commitment to community engagement, considered Mawsynram an ideal location to connect with local youths and raise awareness about career prospects in the security forces. The event featured informative sessions, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions to address queries from aspiring candidates.

The campaign allowed participants to gain insights into the responsibilities and challenges associated with the role of a Constable (GD) in the CAPF.

The event concluded with an expression of gratitude towards the local community and educational institutions for their active involvement and support.

Shree Sanjeev Kumar, Deputy Commandant, Shree Mukesh Sharma, Assistant Commandant and personnel of 67 BN participated and encouraged the local youths to join the CAPF.
