Shillong, May 13: Meghalaya CM Conrad K. Sangma on Wednesday held a public durbar at his office chambers in Shillong, where he interacted directly with citizens, community representatives and delegations from different parts of the state to address a wide range of public issues.
During the durbar, people raised concerns related to public welfare, infrastructure, healthcare, education, livelihood and local development. Several delegations also submitted requests and suggestions concerning community needs and civic issues.

The Chief Minister assured citizens that the government remains committed to responsive and citizen-centric governance, and directed concerned officials to examine the grievances and initiate necessary follow-up action.
The interaction served as a platform for direct engagement between the government and the public, with the administration reiterating its focus on accessibility, transparency and timely redressal of public concerns.
