Shillong, May 24: A disturbing incident has come to light from Shillong’s Umsohsun area, after a CCTV footage surfaced showing a masked man lifting the skirts of school girls and recording them on his phone.
The incident occurred on Friday morning.
The man, standing in a narrow lane with face covered with a mask, appears to have planned the act, deliberately positioning himself to target unsuspecting students.
As of now, no official police statement has been released.
