Tura, Nov 26: An annual Eucharistic Procession was held at the Don Bosco School playground on Sunday as a part of the Golden Jubilee celebration of the Tura Diocese.

The ceremony, led by the Most Rev. Andrew R. Marak, Bishop of Tura, saw the presence of Most Rev. Jose Chirackal, the Auxiliary Bishop of Tura, along with numerous priests, religious figures, and a congregation of hundreds of believers.

The program commenced at 10 am on Sunday, the event unfolded at the Don Bosco School playground, where Bishop Andrew conducted a prayer ceremony, invoking blessings upon the assembly. The program included soulful hymns and the recitation of religious texts.

The procession commenced its journey at 12 pm from Don Bosco School, passing through St. Xavier’s School to Chandmary, and returning to the school grounds. The program concluded with additional prayers at the conclusion of the route.
